C5/6 focal cervical spondylosis

Note the reduction in disc space at C5/6

The uncinate joints bilaterally are also reduced.

This patient is a young female of 27 years old who presented with bilateral upper limb numbness. She has a history of motor-vehicle accident 5 years earlier.
She complaint of numbness in the upper arm antero-laterally. This corresponds to the C5 nerve roots distribution.
She was referred for MRI for further assessment.
