Glioblastoma multiforme

This 67 year old gentleman complained of increasing difficulty to stand upright and walk straight. This was later accompanied by numbness of the upper arms. MRI showed a 2cm tumour with marked cerebral oedema. A diagnosis of glioblastoma multiforme was made. He was treated with whole brain radiation. He is currently doing well clinically.
