Granuloma or end-on vessel
There is a 4mm rounded nodule noted at the right base (arrow). There is a vessel leading to it. Could this be end-on vessel?
Oblique view was helpful. The nodule is not an end-on vessel but a calcified granuloma. This is usually related to previous tuberculous infection.
