This 35 year old teacher has been complaining of worsening headache. He attibuted the symptoms due to increasing workload and indiscipline students. MRI showed a 4cm tumour in the left cerebro-pontine angle. There was associated hydrocephalus. He was referred to a neurosurgeon who performed a VP shunt. He came back for further treatment with cyberknife radiosurgery over 5 fractions. The treatment was uneventful. On today's follow up, the patient is feeling fine and will be going back to school on Monday.
