Hystero-salphingogram HSG

HSG or hystero-salphingogram is a common radiological procedure performed for infertility. This is an example of a normal HSG where the uterus is triangular in shape, both fallopian tubes are seen and peritoneal spills are noted bilaterally. If there were to be a blocked of the fallopian tube, there will be no peritoneal spill seen on that particular side of the pelvis.
