Recent history of fall - What is your diagnosis?

This gentleman had a recent history of fall. He was refered for an x-ray because of pain and swelling in his right wrist. What is your diagnosis?

Note a small bony piece just distal to the ulnar styloid process (arrows). This is associated with a small bony defect at the tip of the styloid process itself. This finding is consistent with an avulsion fracture of the distal ulna styloid process.
