Benign prostatomegaly on ultrasound

This 69 year old gentleman complained of dribbling after passing urine. Ultrasound showed an enlarged prostate with transverse diameter of 4.3cm. The bladder base is elevated. Spots of benign physiological calcifications are seen (arrrow head). The median sulcus is not obliterated (arrow). These findings are consistent with benign prostatic hyerplasia.
