52 year old man with a history of hepatitis came for routine ultrasound scan. He is otherwise asymptomatic. There is a 5mm polypoid mass near the neck of the gallbladder. This is consistent with a gallbladder polyp. It is unlikely to be a stone as there is no acoustic shadowing.
