How to do x-ray of the humerus?

The projections are AP & lateral. Centering should be perpendicular to the center of the long axis
of the humerus (i.e midway between the elbow and shoulder joints).
The exposure factors should be about 55kV and 5 mAs.
FFD is 100cm. Direct beam (no Bucky).
You may split the cassette into 2 to accommodate both projections in 1 film. A 10x12 cassette is ideal.
BUT dont forget to take off the shirt or put a gown (my staff was too shy to take off his shirt).
