Right ovarian cyst

61 years old Chinese female was referred for KUB scan due to RIF pain since 5 days ago. She complaints colicky pain at the right flank with intense sensation after food intake or when the bladder is full. Ultrasound showed a 7cm multi-loculated and multi-septated right adnexal cyst. Doppler did not showed any vascularity indicating it is most likely a benign ovarian cyst. However, internal echoes are present suggestive of hemorrhage.
