Elevated right hemi-diaphragm
The right hemi-diaphragm is grossly elevated. There are many causes. Ultrasound is indicated to exclude liver pathology such as liver abscess or hepatoma.

What was the final diagnosis in this case? Hepatoma? Abscess?
