Gallstone and ureteric stone
64 years old patient with diabetes, hypertension and heart disease came for abdomen scanning with complains of left sided back pain.
Ultrasound showed a solitary gallstone and moderate left hydronephrosis. The ureter is dilated with a 1cm calculus at its upper third.
