Gallstones with sludge

56 years old female patient was came with complaint of abdomen discomfort and on/off pain especially at the right hypochondrium.
Ultrasound showed a gallbladder that was filled with sludge and at least two stones (1.2x0.4cm and 0.5x0.4cm) at the neck of the gallbladder. The GB wall thickness fall within normal range with measurement of 0.25cm. Common bile duct was dilated with diameter measuring 0.8cm.
