Bilateral renal carcinoma

63 year old male who complain of right lower quadrant pain since 2 weeks ago.
Ultrasound showed a heterogenous mass (18.23 x 10.67 x 15.16cm) found in the right kidney. The mass is well defined and the border is irregular. Color Doppler showed internal and peripheral vascularity.

Incidentally, there re 2 hyperechoic masses are noted in the left kidney:
•Mass 1 – located in the middle pole, measures 1.92 x 3.28 x 1.85cm. Color Doppler showed internal and peripheral vascularity.
•Mass 2 – located in the upper pole 2.1 x 2.5 x 2.4cm with feeding vessels.

Possibility of bilateral hypernephroma ought to be considered.
