Bladder stone



72 years old male patient came in with the indication of dysuria and to rule out stones. Patient has no hypertension but has diabetes. He feels pain during urinating.
Ultrasound showed multiple bladder stone with the largest measuring 2.6cm in diameter. Normal bladder wall. No signs of chronic cystitis and malignancy.
Normal prostate.
Normal kidneys.
