A 19 years old Chinese girl come for a breast scan complain of right breast pain intermittently for the past 3 months. The pain was more severe especially during her mentrual. A lump was felt at her right breast around nipple region. Her LMP was 6/7/2009. No family history of breast cancer and gyneacological abnormalities noted.

Ultrasound showed well-defined heterogenous lesion is noted right below the nipple, located slight postero-medially to nipple. Posterior enhancement is noted. The measurement is 3.11 (W) x 3.65 (L) x 1.89 (H)cm. Vascularity is noted peripherally and no internal vascularity noted. Dilated ducts are noted postero-medially to the lesion.
