Parapelvic cyst, prostatomegaly & focal fat in liver

67 year old male with renal impairment was referred for KUB scan. He gave a history of bilateral loin pain for more than 10 years and difficultly passing urine.
Ultrasound showed multiple cysts noted in both kidneys including a large septated para-pelvic cyst in the right kidney. The prostate is also enlarged with volume of 37cc and focal fats are seen in the liver.
