25 year old female came for routine pre-employment chest x-ray. She denied any symptoms and has no significant past medical history.
CXR showed a large 7cm well-defined posterior mediastinal mass. Evidence of calcification could not be ascertain.
The most likely diagnosis is benign ganglioneuroma.
