Ovarian teratoma

27 year old female was referred for ultrasound. She complained of a hard mass in the centre of the abdomen. She is clinically asymptomatic.
Plain radiograph showed a large soft tissue mass in the centre of the abdomen displacing bowel gas. Superiorly to the right there is a huge calcified focus.
Ultrasound (not shown here) revealed a huge mass with mix echogenicity. The mass is largely cystic with some solid component.
A diagnosis of teratoma was made.
