Pulmonary metastases from colon cancer
This gentleman is a known case of ca colon - AP resection done 3 years ago. Routine CXR showed a solitary pulmonary nodule in the right lower zone - consistent with pulmonary metastases.
In addition, there is also pneumonic consolidation in the right middle lobe. Note: Silhouette sign.
