Bladder mass with hydroureter and severe hydronephrosis
Pic#1 Bladder mass
Pic#2 Distended left renal ureter
Pic#3 Severe hydronehprosis in left kidney
Ultrasound done on a 61 year old man revealed a large hypoechoic mass, about 9 cm, occupying the bladder with very little urine seen. Further examination showed a grossly hydronephrotic left kidney with thinned out cortex and hydroureter (due to long standing obstruction at the vesicoureteral junction).
