Liver mass and ascites
Patient is a 67 year old male and has chronic Hep B. This is an image of an atrophic liver with a solitary liver lesion, about 7 cm, located in the right lobe. The lesion is well-defined and hypoechoic. It is most likely hepatocellular carcinoma. There is also marked ascites seen.
