Another case of bladder mass causing severe hydronephrosis

Patient is a 71 year old male.
Ultrasound revealed a large, irregular hypoechoic mass, about 8.5 cm, occupying the bladder with very little urine seen. Below are images showing severe hydronephrosis in the right kidney (due to long standing obstruction at the vesicoureteral junction) and a normal appearing left kidney.
