So high!

30 year old man came for routine medical check up. He is asymptomatic. This is his chest x-ray. What is your diagnosis?

Eventration of the diaphragm is an abnormal elevation of the dome of diaphragm. It is a congenital condition in which all or part of the diaphragm is elevated more than usual. That part of the diaphragm is thin and composed largely of fibrous tissue with only a few or no interspersed muscle fibres.
It can be complete or partial. When it is on the right side, it is usually partial and when it is on the left side, it is usually complete.
