Spondylosis and spondylolisthesis
A 64 year old man with multiple problems. Note focal spondylotic changes at C5/6 with reduction in disc space. Slight forward shift of C6 relative to C5. Loss of normal cervical lordosis indicating muscular spasm.
In the lumbar spine, note slight shift of L4 forward relative to L5.
